Job Summary / Major Responsibilities: Critical role in establishing the Global Markets sales strategy, cross product (FX, Derivatives) and cross-sector (US Corporates, Latin America, Commercial and Retail). Partner with senior management across the Bank (GMDA, NAWIB) and Securities platforms (DCM, Flow Trading, Institutional Investor sales) to drive effective alignment in our go to market client coverage strategy. Oversee desk activity across the east and west coast, ensuring effective secondary sales coverage. Responsibilities include: Providing leadership and product expertise to high value clients and accounts. Provide direction to desk heads on complex structuring and pricing of trades in line with client needs. Work with Global and Regional senior management to build and execute secondary markets sales strategy for the Americas. Driving market share, promote cross-selling of MUFG products/ services to support sustainable long-term business flow. Leading and managing the sales teams; be accountable and execute on Critical Talent Development, Performance & Reward and I&D processes. Additional Requirements A minimum of 20+ years total experience in the financial services industry. Experience of revenue generation in Primary/ Secondary markets. Significant product knowledge (Derivative/ FX). Experience of structuring, pricing complex trades. Effective relationship management. Business and commercial acumen.
